Work sweater from neck down with stripe pattern in LINE. Begin to cast on sts for the back, and work back and forth with turning rows to shape slanting shoulders. Cont to work back until underarms. Knit up shoulder sts for each side front, work back and forth with turning rows and inc to shape neckline. Join fronts and cont until underarms. Join back and front, cont in rnds until full length and end with folded edge. Knit up sts for sleeves, work in rnds and end with folded edge. Work neckband in ribbing.
