How does this work?
Yarniecopia works on a pre-order basis, allowing us to order direct from the manufacturer with a minimum of waste. For each brand we set minimums (per base, per colour) for all yarns. The minimums are made clear at the time of selecting your yarns. before checkout.
Can I change my mind or get a refund?
Until the preorder closes, yes you can. Refunds are not available for change of mind after the preorder closes. This is because once your order has been processed and sent to the manufacturer, there is no way to stop it once it has been sent.
How long will it take to get my order once I have placed it?
Orders will be sent to the manufacturer on the first business day after the preorder closes. Each brand will have a different timeline, as smaller manufacturers aren't able to turnaround orders as quickly as larger manufacturers that have extensive inventory in stock. While previously we were able to fulfil orders with our brand partners in 4 weeks from preorder close, in order to support smaller brands and to provide you with more variety, we have decided to relax the fulfilment window we previously required. Timeline expectations will be made clear when each brand is launched.
We work hard to keep to the timelines we set, but timelines can change due to unforeseen circumstances. But rest assured, we will keep you in the loop if there is any variation to the timeline and expectation outlined.
