Refund policy

This service is based on a collective pre-order from the yarn manufacturer. We aim to ensure you are satisfied with our process and service. Please feel free to contact us regarding your order.

We will refund any orders placed with us up to the cutoff time below (10pm AEST on the final Sunday of the month.  

The pre order  closes on the final Sunday of the month at 10:00pm AEST. 

Change of mind refunds are available until the final Sunday of the month at 10:00pm AEST.

Change of mind refunds are not available after the final Sunday of the month at 10:00pm AEST. 

Delivery window is expected the last week of the final month.

Please note we do not carry or hold any inventory. We will place all orders collectively with the yarn manufacturer shortly after the cutoff date.  We will then sort and distribute the orders once they are shipped to us as per the above delivery window.
