A soft blow yarn in baby alpaca that creates light and airy garments. Puno is a "blow yarn". This means that the yarn is made by blowing fine alpaca and merino wool fibers into a thin polyamide mesh stocking, which in turn creates a very light and airy yarn. The small and thin fibers of baby alpaca make the yarn very soft and comfortable to wear. Puno is a "blow yarn" that is thicker than Puno Petit, and is therefore faster to knit with. However, both are great for sweaters, dresses, cardigans and other nice everyday garments.
