2-ply Gammelserie is a 2-ply carded yarn made of 100% Norwegian wool. The yarn has more twist than Finull, which makes the yarn more durable. 2-ply Gammelserie is well suited for socks, traditional Norwegian socks and mittens, and other garments that require more durability. Yarn qualities in 100% wool provide garments that are warm and breathable even when damp. This makes the garments excellent for hiking and activities, as well as for everyday use. 2-ply Gammelserie is produced at our factory in beautiful Romsdalen. Here we card, twist, spin, wash, dye and skein the yarn made of 100% Norwegian wool. We are proud to be able to offer all-Norwegian products!
